Chris and Bozena have been living in Park Ridge for over 20 years and are members of the Park Ridge Chamber of Commerce.  They love Park Ridge and the surrounding areas and love to please customers in this area.  

The Need

We started our company for a simple reason.  When we wanted our own home carpet and upholstry cleaned, we tried well known firms but ultimately were unhappy with the service.  We found that the larger, well known firms hire subcontractors to do their jobs, often sending them with no supervisors which leads to a poor quality of service.  They spend more on advertising and in subcontracting so their prices are high, while their service is less than what we wanted.    

It was then that we decided that people in Park Ridge and the surrounding areas needed a different choice when they entrusted a company to their cleaning needs.  Smaller, family-owned businesses like Crystal Maintenance BK and Art are closer to their customers, are present on every job, and can give the personalized service that addresses what the customers want and need.  Without the overhead associated with the large firms, our prices are reasonable, fair, and represent the best value to our customers.
